Project Goals

The Ask: To work with one of the largest family-owned community banks in Minnesota to create a site that resonates with a clearly defined demographic, and that conveys the Bank’s passion for people— their customers, community, and colleagues.

PROCESS

The Pannos team worked alongside The Bank of Elk River marketing team, collaborating throughout the process on the website architecture, design and content development.

The team created user-friendly mortgage, auto loan and savings calculators—features that best exemplify the new site’s advanced capabilities.

Modern typeface and color palate choices brought a fresh but still-familiar look to a venerable local institution, and updated photography is relatable for the target demographic.

RESULTS

The Bank is ecstatic about the new site, which truly embodies who they are today — a fast-growing, tech-forward community bank.

Once better known for having the city’s first phone number, bank branch and ATM, The Bank of Elk River now has a website that can help transform them into the billion-dollar bank they envision.
