Bank from Home Kits. We developed these kits for both consumer and business online banking to educate Peoples Bank customers on how to bank remotely. The kits included guides on signing up for online banking, making mobile deposits and online money transfers, setting up bill pay and more.
Each guide offered step-by-step instructions with screenshots.
Banking Center Updates. Since the status of Banking Centers varied from location to location, we updated a page on the Peoples Bank website to keep customers apprised of changes to hours, unexpected closures and more. We also added these updates to the website’s locations page.
Online Account Starter. Lacking an online account opening mechanism, we worked with the bank to direct prospective customers to their consumer and business online account starter. This page gathered information like account holder details, type of account and initial deposit. That information then went directly to the prospect’s branch of choice so the branch manager could begin the account opening process prior to the final steps in the Banking Center of completing the signature card and funding the account.
Appointment Request Form. When Peoples’ Banking Center lobbies reopened by appointment only, the bank quickly implemented an appointment request form on their website. The form included account holder name, reason for visit, contact information and preferred day/time. Once completed, the form went directly to the designated Banking Center where staff could follow up to confirm the visit, collect any other details needed, and share important safety protocols prior to the customer’s visit.
