New Website

Farmer & Merchants’ old website was in dire need of an update. Tired and hard to navigate, it needed a new look and user experience our clients could feel good about. They believed their current site no longer reflected who they are today. Its dated look and clunky feel also kept them from diving into digital marketing out of fear new visitors to the site would bounce right off.

The bank had two other strategic goals: 1) They wanted to grow share of wallet in legacy areas and expand the customer base in newer territories. 2) They wanted a measurable marketing ROI in terms of lead capture and actionable visitor data. In both cases, strong brand recognition was key.

Project Goals

The Ask: Develop a website with both a superior technical foundation and responsive design that fully utilizes a digital, multi-channel marketing strategy, looks great on mobile and puts a fresh face on the bank.

The Answer: Create an engaging website that builds on the bank’s logo and heritage and that’s more reflective of their current demographics. Here's how we made that happen.

The Process

We started the process by holding in-depth discovery sessions with the bank. Armed with fresh insights from our interviews, the creative team began exploring concepts designed to highlight the bank’s personality and proud connection to Arkansas. Our priority was to make the new website mobile-friendly and modern. Our clients agreed the photography should feel fresh yet still reflect the bank’s local roots. We also agreed to take a more strategic approach to content.

Unified in our goal to create a truly tailored, state-of-the-art community banking website, we partnered with our clients to think big, stay customer-focused and use all the advanced technology tools at our disposal.
