Project Goals

The Ask: Increase the awareness of StonehamBank during all the mergers and acquisitions that happened over the last year, as well as drive potential customers to convert using ClickSWITCH.

The Answer: Develop a campaign that would bolster brand awareness and reaffirm StonehamBank’s commitment to community and by offering products and services that are unique to their bank that would benefit customers.

Process

The ClickSWITCH campaign was promoted using several channels including digital ads, updating the existing brand page on their website to include a video explaining ClickSWITCH, and also through a purchased list eBlast campaign.
The campaign ran for 4 months and earned over 2.2 million impressions.

Results

This campaign ran for 4 months and during that time earned over 2.2 million impressions, 19,598 clicks, 15,171 pageviews and 449 clicks to “Make the Switch” using ClickSWITCH. An additional 290 actions were taken to contact bankers, lenders, financial planners or to start an application.
